Avid Reports First Quarter 2008 Results
Avid Technology, Inc. today reported revenue of $198.3 million for the three-month period ended March 31, 2008, compared to $218.9 million for the same period in 2007. GAAP net loss for the quarter was $21.1 million, or $.54 per share, compared to GAAP net income of $20,000, or $.00 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2007.
